Every event is unique. We strive to meet the individual needs of each of our clients. One of our talented coordinators will meet with each client to determine the unique needs of each event. Once a plan has been created a custom proposal will be presented to the client.

 

Event Coordination starts at $2000

Helping make your day stress free a Certified Event Coordinator will guide you through the process of vendor selection, set up and your day of timeline. “Day of Coordination” begins six weeks prior to the event. With full coordination options managing your budget, contracts and all event related meetings.

 

Event Design starts at $750

Wanting  help on the creative side of your event? Our design team will meet with you and help to develop an overall design concept and plan for it’s implementation. Each plan includes a custom inspiration board, color palette diagram and Pinterest board.

 

Design Implementation starts at $500

Have a unique or creative idea for your event but just don’t know how to install it? From elaborate backdrops to ceiling installations; our team will create a plan, purchase the material and bring that idea to life.
